At MobileSkins, every single skin is cut fresh on industrial CAD laser beds using premium 3M and cast vinyl materials. Because we do not store pre-cut old stock, each order undergoes rigorous robotic cutting and optical quality verification:
- Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 12 to 24 business hours (Monday through Saturday).
- Customizer (SkinLab™) Artwork Orders: Processed within 24 to 36 business hours to ensure optimal color curation, UV curing, and matte/gloss lamination drying.
2. Domestic Shipping Timelines (India)
We deliver to over 19,000+ postal pincodes across India via premium tier-1 courier partners including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, DTDC Air, and Xpressbees:
- Tier 1 Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): Delivered within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch date.
- Tier 2 & Rest of India Cities: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch date.

6. Damaged Parcel or Missing Item Protocol
Our wraps are packaged in rigid, hard-cardboard protective envelopes lined with moisture-resistant barriers to withstand transit rigors. However, in the rare event of transit damage:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record an uninterrupted, continuous video from opening the outer sealed courier flyer until inspecting the skin. If the envelope arrived bent or torn by the courier, submit this video to hitender@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for an immediate, no-cost priority replacement.
